Last August, members of the Specialty Coffee Associations of America and Europe voted on a potential combining of forces. Though there was some noted dissent to the merger, both sides voted heavily in favor of unification. Today, the newly synergized Speciatly Coffee Association has announced themselves to the world with an updated logo and a brand spanking new website.

The new website, SCA.coffee, is light on info about how the formation of this new supergroup will affect members of the previous acts. Will they be more Atoms For Peace or Chickenfoot? A Perfect Circle or The Traveling Wilburys? Or will it be like when the lead singer of the rock duo The Black Keys decided to do a solo album (“Sorry, Only-Other-Guy-In-The-Band, but literally anyone else can play drums as well as you,” is how I imagine that conversation went). Only time will tell.

As it stands currently, the website directs visitors to either the SCAA or SCAE for more details on membership or education.

Until more information about the new SCA or how the unification will affect members, please enjoy this list of things the new SCA logo reminds us of:

A blade grinder
The Scientology logo
The business end of a weed whacker
A fighter plane from an 8-bit Galaga knock-off
One of the many videos about Freemasonry on InfoWars
That Don’t Tread On Me snake
